The launch was fixed to a press event. We mobilised with a doubled labour return for the first fortnight, front-loading the wet trades so that drying time never sat on the critical path.
Micro-cement floors were laid across all six apartments in one continuous pour week, which removed six separate mobilisations from the programme.
Handover was two days early. All six units were photographed and snag-free at first inspection.
